Article 1Application

These Terms govern use of ChatCore-AI (the “Service”) provided by Chat Core (the “Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2Accounts

An account is required. You may register with email or a Google account.

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Keep authentication credentials secure.
  • Do not transfer or lend your account to another person.

Article 3Fees

Core features are free. If paid features are introduced, their details and price will be announced in advance.

Article 4Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Violate law or public order.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights.
  • Gain unauthorized access, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Post personal or confidential information in public areas.
  • Use the Service to create illegal or harmful content.
  • Engage in conduct the Operator reasonably considers inappropriate.

Article 5Content rights

You retain rights in chats, memos, prompts, and other content you create. The Operator handles it only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

Content you publish may be viewed and used by others. You decide whether to publish it.

Article 6AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party LLM APIs. The Operator does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or useful.

  • Seek qualified advice for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
  • You are responsible for how you use AI responses.

Article 7Changes and availability

The Operator may change, suspend, or end all or part of the Service without notice for maintenance, faults, or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 8Suspension and deletion

The Operator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

You may delete your account from Settings at any time.

Article 9Disclaimer

The Service is provided without warranties including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for loss arising from use of the Service.

Article 10Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms when needed. Material changes will be announced, and revised Terms take effect when posted here.

Article 11Governing law and venue

Japanese law governs these Terms. Courts with jurisdiction over the Operator’s location have exclusive agreed jurisdiction over disputes.
